Mendelsshon, the thing nobody talks about ... a father
|
There is this little 2 year old boy right in front of me . Crying and crying and yelling and absolutely unable to stop . the mother is in despair ; knows not what to do . and the kid is just almost the most beautifull creature i ever seen in my life .Curly dark hair , and wide spread nose : dark eyes and ................. did not think I'd say that of a 2 year old todler . Ever .! But this one was exceptional . I knelt right in front of him . Looked him straight in the eyes and did not say a word . He stopped sobbing . Looked at me and smilled . I had won. Ya I had won him over . There are no words to describe that little thing and the feeling we both shared . He smiled and nothing else in the world mattered and i smiled and nothing in the world would have taken me away from the sight of that litlle guy. Nothing.
I think we were happy we had met . Not a single moment did he quit my eyesight and not a single moment did he not stare at me and lock his eyes into mine. Not a single moment did i want to be away from him ! I was there and that's all he wanted. Looked at me often and I kind of felt I found a son. Yes , a son. He was nowhere to be seen except around me and he never shed a tear as long as I was around him. He smiled ! He just simply smiled ! and that smile will remain with me for the rest of my life . He smiled darn and I melted completely . Gave me his puppets, dirty yellow and the other one dirty brown. faked they were fighting and he got a real treat out of it . He crept into my arms as I was kneeling down and he would not leave. Hugged me very tight Oh! so tight !!! the mother did not know what to do . I did . Took him up in my arms ! and swang him right and left . A pure delight for him and for me. I never had this feeling of warmth and comfort in my life. Never ! tucked his head on my neck and felt his runny nose on my throat and his warmth on my chest .... that was heaven for me At that very moment I knew I wanted to be a father. Mendy. |
